-payment must always be in USD through paypal ONLY.

-A commission can always be refunded at any time, But if I have started the commission, your refund will be subtracted off from what I have already showed you & worked on (ex. if i have the lineart done, then it will be subtracted off of your refund ).

-Adoptables (including myo slots) are non-refundable.

 

ARTIST

 

By buying my art you’re purchasing my labor and only a partial right to a design/art piece. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion.

- I claim all rights to the Intellectual Property, but I will not reuse/resell the design again for personal and commercial projects without permission.

- I reserve the right to reject your custom proposal without question.

- I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected/refunded designs to be sold at a later date.

 

TERMS OF USE, YOU MAY/DO NOT:

 

-you may use this art for personal use ONLY

-you are acknowledging that the work you are buying is specifically digital goods related which cannot be claimed as a physical item.

-do not use this work for any other commercial use (books, comics, any sort of illustration) without the artist's permission

-Do not post this art on any other website besides Deviantart, please ask permission to post it on other sites.

-you may NOT use my commissioned art to resell on other characters as profit

-you may not recreate my intellectual property as it is copyrighted and protected by law

-By purchasing one of my designs you are purchasing limited rights to a specific character design

-After purchase, the design is still the creator's intellectual property. The artist (myself) retains partial rights to the adoptable.

-commission time is circumstantial based on the business of the artist

By purchasing a particular design of any of the intellectual property I own, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read this entirely and carefully. I will deny your request if I see you didn’t read this. If there are any questions or concerns, please not me accordingly!

-do not make a species out of the design i make you (unless with permission from me), this includes my closed species as well (cruxite)

-you have the possibility to change the overall design as long as you confirm it through me

-YOU MAY NOT SELL AN ADOPTABLE THAT YOU HAVE GOTTEN FOR FREE, TRADING IS ONLY ALLOWED

 

MYO Slot Rules

• Do NOT heavily inspire your myo slot on a copyrighted character, Do NOT copy and paste a copyrighted character onto a myo slot.

• When the myo slot is completed with a design, the slot is no longer useful after the creation of the character.

• The character design is now bound to myo slot, you cannot treat a myo slot and the design as two different things.

• Co-owning is not permitted.

• You are permitted to commission others to design your myo slot, but they are required to have my permission first to ensure that they know the rules of creating a cruxite.

• If the cruxite is a myo slot and you wish to change it, inform ZugZwang853 for permission.

• Design changes for other creators cruxites (any admin or guest artist), must have permission from them first.

• Unless the Myo slot has been bought, you are not allowed to Trade a myo slot, only the created cruxite itself can be traded. A bought Myo slot can be sold in both slot form and in design form.

• When it comes to retiring a closed species owned and/or created by me, only the myo slot that you have created has rights to be changed into anything else (this includes closed species as all rights are entrusted to you), you cannot however change closed species that have been created by other people, guest artists, or admins as they have been officially and entirely locked as said closed species and cannot be changed into anything else.

How to redesign your cruxite:

 

When redesigning your myo cruxite, you  will only have the choice to either change the traits or change the design of the cruxite, you cannot do both. CHANGING THE BLOOD TYPE OF YOUR CRUXITE IS NOT ALLOWED. If you are redesigning only the design of your cruxite, it needs to resemble the original in some way and cannot change drastically in colour and marking, for example, if your cruxite is within the warm colour spectrum then we expect you to stay within that. As for traits, all traits including genetic mutations can be changed to your liking (this does not include changing a normal trait to a genetic mutation). Once you are done, you will need to show ZugZwang853 for evaluation.  

 

Reasons why i declined your redesign:

 

1. The design no longer looks like the original cruxite in any way at all

2. You have requested to redesign without waiting for its time limit for it to be eligible for another redesign (one month)

3. I found the redesign to look really terrible (this does not include myo cruxites that you have created for yourself, if this was a cruxite I had made or someone else has made, I have the right to accept or decline it)

4. You went against any of the rules
